The easy way to get your will and estate plan done.

Our estate planning process begins with a free telephone consultation. The initial consultation provides an opportunity for us to get to know each other and determine the type and scope of planning that is best for you and your family.

Our process then proceeds through the following four steps:

We will understand your wishes and objectives

Document Drafting

We will create the legal documents to implement your plan

We will review your legal documents with you.

Document Execution

We will assure that all legal formalities are met.

And they actually enjoyed it!

If you have children, you need a will to name a guardian. If you have substantial wealth, you may need one or more trusts to help control how your assets are taxed, managed, and distributed.

If you avoid addressing questions about how to settle your affairs, life for those you love will be even more difficult.

That's why estate planning is so important!

What is the cost?

There is no charge for the initial telephone consultation.  In a majority of cases we work on a fixed fee basis. In more complex situations, we may propose work on an hourly basis or a combination of fixed fees and hourly charges.

Our clients.

We work with clients of all ages, married and single, with and without children, blended families, multi-generational families, business owners, professionals, corporate executives, and retirees. We look forward to working with you!

Let's Start.
